Products with factory defects, missing parts or other problems originating prior to shipment – must be reported to Urban Lights within 30 days of receiving your order. We will hold your product for 45 days, after which the product will be destroyed. If you are notified that your return item arrived at Urban Lights damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping company and advise us as what to do with the damaged product. We cannot provide a refund for any product received in our warehouse in damaged condition. We recommend that you purchase shipping insurance. The customer will be refunded (less the shipping costs included in the initial order and up to a 25% restocking fee)Īny expedited shipping charges you paid on the original order are non-refundable.Īpproved returns will be issued a refund via the same method in which the item was purchased.
