We’ve noticed a prank trying to get people to change their Twitter birthday in their profile to 2007 to unlock new color schemes. Part of the laws involve protecting minors from data gathering, so Twitter has just automated the ban process if the birthday you enter is below its restriction. Then after GDPR came into play, that restriction became even more prominent. Twitter has always required that its users be at least 13 years old. So if you do change your birthday, you get banned.
